Chinese court declared Ethereum property


    The Shenzhen court issued a decision , which states that Ethereum (ETH) “has economic value and can be sold publicly. ” In addition, the document claims that there is no ban on the ownership and operation of cryptocurrencies.

    After the dismissed engineer of the Xinyijia blockchain company withdrew Ethereum (ETH) coins belonging to his company’s partners, the court imposed criminal liability on the offender, effectively recognizing Ethereum as the legal property of the affected company.
