Revolut makes employees quit voluntarily

Media reported that the British fintech startup Revolut fired 110 people. 60 were reduced due to the crisis due to coronavirus and another 50 were forced to write statements of their own free will.

Layoffs affected employees from the Polish and Portuguese units. They were given half an hour to write a statement of their own free will and then a small compensation will be paid. Those who refused were threatened with dismissal under the article of official inconsistency.

It is reported that the employees who remained at work were reduced wages, but they promised to compensate for its shortage by the company's shares.
