Twitter does not invest in bitcoin due to high volatility

Twitter CFO Ned Segal said the company has moved away from investing in bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies due to high volatility and is favoring less volatile assets such as securities. Segal noted that in order to choose bitcoin as an investment object, the company would have to change its policy, which "does not make sense now."

However, at the same time, Square, which is also owned by Jack Dorsey, is still holding its Bitcoin investment. According to  Bitcoin Treasuries , Square has 8,027 BTC on its balance sheet, which at the current exchange rate are worth more than $ 486 million.
